Customer Rating: Summary: Use Office 2007 Windows Vista Edittion to learn Office 2007 Comment: In general I feel it is good for someone to follow the instructions in the exercises to learn Office 2007. But some of the instructions are not quite clear. I was doing the exercises in ACCESS 2007 Unit-C and the Skill Review exercise. I found that the result were not exactly the same as shown in the Figure. The instruction asks to "switch around" the display information using Properties Sheet. It asks to change the Control Source in [Data] tab, and the Caption in [Format] tab. But it does not ask to update the Name in [Other] tab. So the result displays AgencyName and Agent's LastName, instead of Agent's FirstName and LastName (as intended). I found that if the Name in the [Other] tab is updated accordingly, the result correctly displays the Agent's name correctly. The Agent's name is correctly displayed also, if ([TableName.fieldName]) format is used in the "expression". Thanks.
Customer Rating: Summary: Wow Comment: Did they really expect students to be able to use this book? If you flip through the pages to find answers you risk tearing them at every turn. This is definitely a book that they will not buy back at your college even if you got it new. Whoever decided to use spiral binding with tissue-like paper should be shot.
